The Name Has a Story
The owner was born in Washington Square NYC, but raised in Washington Square, Venice Beach walking if front of 31 Washington on his way to elementary school.
The Crust Proves It
Thin, foldable, charred just right — the kind New Yorkers spend years searching for in California. Our dough uses a patented machine from New York Water Maker to alter the water with minerals and adjust the PH balance to become Manhattan water, helping create an authentic New York-style pizza experience. Guests have called it the best in all of LA, and we'll take it.

A lifelong Buffalo native ranked our wings among the top three he's ever had. The menu runs deep — from pizza and wings to burgers and breakfast favorites — all built on the same no-shortcuts standard.
